Seated Acupressure Massage
Applied through the clothes, this massage includes the back, shoulders, neck, head, arms and hands, with the client sitting on a specially designed, ultra comfortable chair. An ideal massage for the majority.
Using forearms, hands and elbows, the practitioner applies controlled pressure to specific areas of the body. This helps release muscular tension, stimulate energy and circulation, and leaves you feeling relaxed yet refreshed.
Sports Massage
This is an excellent form of preventive and remedial therapy for anyone. You don't have to be an athlete.
Specific areas can be targeted to help relax tight muscles, breakdown the affects of scar tissue and prevent issues from becoming a major problem.
Advice and exercises may be given to help reduce tension building to the extent that it may restrict movement, or cause other symptoms.
